Government

The town is governed by the Baronesa, Lady Aurolfracia Carvalandrix and four noble peers, establishing a psuedo-council.
[NPC NAME] is in charge of the town guard and the doling out of legal sentencing.

Noteworthy is that should for any reason Lady Aurolfracia feel she has been sighted, she will ensure sentencing for punishments are delivered with greater severity.

Tavern

Location The street outside is strewn with debris from a broken crate.
Description The inn is a two-story timber and brick building, with a smooth stone floor. A collection of tankards from many lands sits upon a shield. Accommodations consist of a mezzanine with several wooden cots.
Innkeeper The innkeeper is a tall female human named Althild. She is a retired soldier, and keeps a well-used sword at her belt.

Baronesa Aurolfracia Carvalandrix
Baroness of Puelanco, Lady Aurolfracia has tangled brown hair and hazel eyes, and a distinctive scar on her neck. She wears fine raiment and jewelry. Aurolfracia dislikes everyone in the town save for Salvarius the Glassmith, and Eltemar her personal bodyguard and not-so-secret lover.

Salvarius
Master Craftsman (glassmith/gaffer), Salvarius is fair in appearance, with raven-black hair and trimmed beard. He wears modest garments and an amulet of luminous crystal-glass. Salvarius keeps a steady stream of work making glassware for Lady Aurolfracia, orders from throughout Varcia, occasional high-profile commissions and of course for the alchemical glassware desired by the scientifically inclined.

Valquíria
Blacksmith, Finesmith, Valqíria is exceptionally beautiful, her features oft hidden by soot and sweat when working with armor but is otherwise well-kept when finesmithing, she has tangled brown hair and narrow green eyes. She wears plain clothing and carries a long knife. Valquíria has a pet sable ferret named Ceza.

Priest, Servicosta has an angular face, with cropped white hair and large green eyes. He is courteous and absent-minded.
