Viergøt
The Viergoths people inhabit the Veillands, near the Vielstad Woods. Believing that the divine purifies their homeland. Superstitious and not opposed to the usage of black magic in the advancement of their people’s goals.
Religion. Following a strict monotheistic faith known as “Veritharism.” Vierthara, the goddess of twilight and dreams.
Family. Revolves around Thornclans, albeit more tightly knit due to distrust of outsiders and heretical practices. Working together to ensure purity of faith and protection of their land.
Technology. They’re in the iron age, with a focus on craftsmanship, forging, and metallurgy.
Language. Vistralan remains their language.
Economy. A mixed of coin and barter system. If an item has value, it is acceptible for barter.
Politics. Governed by the Thornclan council.
Sounds like Visigoths/Ostogoths + Nordics

Viergot and its sibling nation Nøsrond split from each other culturally, the latter viewing black magic as heretical and evil. Seeking out a more political means of advancement. Treating their metallurgy as an art.
